As part of the Erasmus+ project Youth Employment Skills (YES), a practical methodological resource for youth trainers has been developed the LTTA Workshop Guidelines. The document is available in English and is intended for anyone working in the field of youth employability and skills development.

The guidelines provide a structured framework for delivering workshops across four core project priorities: employability, active participation, digital competence, and personal development. Each section offers concrete activities with clearly defined objectives, required resources, time allocation, and expected learning outcomes.

Beyond serving as a practical working tool, the guidelines also support knowledge transfer and programme sustainability beyond the project’s lifetime, enabling new trainers to deliver sessions with confidence while allowing experienced trainers the flexibility to adapt content to local needs.

The guidelines were developed by the Science and Innovation Park in collaboration with the project’s Greek partners In-Planet.
