The LTTA Workshop Guidelines, developed within the framework of the Erasmus+ project Youth Employment Skills (YES) by the Science and Innovation Park in collaboration with Greek partners In-Planet, are now also available in Latvian. Originally prepared in English, the Latvian version makes this practical resource even more accessible to local youth trainers and professionals.

The guidelines are designed as a methodological support tool for trainers working with young people in the field of employability and skills development. They cover four core project priorities – employability, active participation, digital competence, and personal development – and offer concrete activities with clearly defined objectives, required resources, time allocation, and expected learning outcomes.

The Latvian version is particularly valuable for ensuring the programme’s sustainability in Latvia beyond the project’s lifetime, enabling new trainers to get started with confidence while allowing experienced professionals the flexibility to adapt content to local contexts and participant needs.
